What does Grass Finished mean?
Grass Finished beef is cattle that recieved a grass or forage diet their entire life.
What does Grain Finished mean?
Grain-finished cattle, like grass finished, spend the majority of their lives eating grass and forage in pastures. When beef is grain-finished, cattle are free to eat a balanced diet of grain, local feed ingredients, such as corn, molasses, canola, and many other ingredients including hay or forage.
Where is the beef raised?
On our ranch in the hills of Northern California Bay Area. Our headquarters is in Sunol CA, additionlly we graze in San Jose and Santa Clara.
How is your beef packaged?
Our beef is packaged at a USDA processing facility. All packages are vaccuum sealed to maintain freshness annd frozen. All meat is frozen when we recieve it back and kept in freezers until delivered.
Do you offer 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef for sale?
This year we will have 8 steers available for purchase of 1/4, 1/2 or whole.
This is a great Oppurtunity to stock your freezer with bulk beef especially since prices are only increasing. We have a basic sheet already in place that includes roasts, steaks and ground beef. You have the choice to include the offal (liver, tongue etc) as well. Just a note we pay the butcher directly so we can keep things running smoothly, therefor our pricing includes cut and wrap already
What is the process?
1. Yes I want to purchase! Place a $500 deposit for a 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef
2. We will give you a time frame when the animal will be harvested and ready and give you 2 week notice for pick up
3. Once the animal is harvested they hang for 14-21 days depending on availability with the butcher.
4. Once everything I have the pick up day I will give you 24-48 hours for pick up at the ranch. We can also arrange for delivery( outside 30 miles will be an additional fee)
5. Remainder of payment is due at pickup (Cash or card)

The lower 48 of the United States.
We ship everything every monday or Tuesday in insulated boxes on dry ice.
All boxes s are shipped 1-2 day delivery
